Return Policy:

Accessorizit will return defective merchandise within 14 days of receipt. We will not accept returns after the product has been placed on the selling floor.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt

    • Please email the following information to customerservice@accessorizit.com:

    • Store Name

    • SKU

    • Invoice # of damaged item

    • Detailed description of damage

    • A photo of the damaged item & it’s damage

    • Download a RETURN FORM
       
The return form is an interactive PDF. Once downloaded it can be filled on your computer (no need to print) and emailed to customerservice@accessorizit.com
       Make sure to save the pdf after filling in the informationand before attaching to an email.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: All shipping charges are calculated once order is packed for shipping.

Q: I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?

A:  From any page click "Sign in" at the top of the page, click "Forgot your password?" then enter the email used to create the account.
